GEAC/INFOR E-SERIES - Production Support Services

Services include GEAC:E Production Support Service consisting of Onsite System Review & Remote Production Support of the GEAC:E Series applications. Onsite System Review consists of documenting product environment, file structures, user modifications, production and test job streams, production turnover procedure and general review of operations and end user procedures. Secondly, an outline will be developed identifying production job streams, when they are scheduled to execute, current production problems, new job stream crossover responsibility, and backup personnel. Upon gaining a thorough understanding of operational and end user production procedures, Ronald G. Baker & Associates will assume the responsibility of monitoring the production runs between 7:00 AM & 7:00 PM Monday - Saturday to correct production problems for the GEAC:E Series applications. Supported problem resolutions include space allocation problems, user input parameter problems, and normal processing errors. Production problems identified as ancillary system or data problems will be researched and referred to the appropriate personnel responsible for the ancillary system or application data. After each nightly production cycle, a status report detailing production problems as well as suggested processing enhancements will be faxed to the appropriate personnel followed up by a telephone conversation later in the morning. Problem resolution response will be within two hours of initial contact with Ronald G. Baker & Associates. From time to time there will be vacation time taken by Ronald G. Baker & Associates, vacation will be coordinated between the Ronald G. Baker & Associates and the Client.
