GEAC/INFOR E-SERIES - Information Expert Reporting Services

Our GEAC:E Information Expert Reporting Service provides our customers with the additional expertise needed to complete a growing backlog of requests from the user community. Ronald G. Baker & Associates, Inc. has developed hundreds of GEAC:E Information Expert Reports over the last thirteen years, this experience is now available for our customers to utilize.
Depending on the scope of work required, an onsite review of your GEAC:E Information Expert Reporting requirements will be performed. During the onsite review, Ronald G. Baker & Associates, Inc. will assess the specifications and determine a time table for the completion of the GEAC:E Information Expert Reports. Other information discussed during the onsite review include documenting remote dial-in procedures, procedures for coding GEAC:E Information Expert reports in your environment, establishment of Logon security, file naming standards review, and a review of your systems procedures. Once we have a thorough understanding of the reporting specifications, Ronald G. Baker & Associates, Inc. will perform the task of coding and testing the specified GEAC:E Information Expert Reports from the Farmington Hills, MI office on a remote basis. A status report detailing the development progress will be faxed weekly to the appropriate personnel followed up by a telephone conversation later in the morning.
