Our Remote Maintenance Service is designed for the GEAC:E HRMS Payroll/Personnel, Information Expert, & Data Communications Interface, Fixed Assets and other General Ledger GEAC:E applications. Maintenance includes monitoring Expert Insight and applying all Regulatory Bulletins, Tax Updates, TPU's, Service Requests and major product upgrades issued by GEAC. After each bulletin installation, a test plan will be developed and executed by Ronald G. Baker & Associates, Inc. Once test results have been approved by client personnel, Ronald G. Baker & Associates Inc. will prepare the necessary jobs/documentation, required by client, to move the associated updates to the production environment. A status report will be faxed to the appropriate personnel on a weekly basis identifying work completed along with planned work for subsequent weeks. Ronald G. Baker & Associates Inc. will be available for production problems associated with applied Updates, TPU's, Tax Bulletins, Service Requests, or Major Upgrades.
Tasks associated with Base System Installation include; identifying and modifying all in-house user modifications, installation of base software, re-application of in-house modifications, performing delivered file migrations, test JCL modifications, and Batch/Online Demo Script testing. Upon completion of the Base System Installation, Ronald G. Baker & Associates, Inc. will assist with additional testing, JCL updates to production job streams, preparation of migration jobs and documentation, and assisting with the move to production.
